eBay Powerseller Secrets: Insider Tips from eBay's Most Successful Sellers
This is by far the best and most informative Ebay Book out there. It is extremely easy to read and I finished it in one day. I could not put this book down for one second. It is a fast-reading book and tells you everything that you need to know about being a responsible and successful Ebay Seller.
I am the type of person who usually likes to figure things out for myself. After finding this book, I realized that it is not necessary to spend so much time trying to find my way around by myself. I originally started auctioning on eBay in 1999 and continued for a few years. Now I am back to resume my online auction business again and since there are so many changes to eBay that I thought it would take me 2 months to really figure out how to get around again.
The eBay Power Seller secret book saved me so much time. The book is so organized and runs through every topic and highlights all of the important information from the beginning to the end. There are also many helpful links and resources for any area that I may need additional information.
I was going to pass this book along to my Business Partner, but no way am I letting this book out of my office. It is staying right on my desk so that I can use it for reference. I already purchased another copy for my Business Partner which she will be reading this weekend.
Thank you again so very much to the Authors Brad and Debra, the Technical Advisor and all the Power Sellers who were interviewed and were willing to share all their Insider Tips.
I will also be purchasing any other books which were written by the Schepps and also all of their books in the future.

I thought this book was great! Until last month I had only been a buyer on eBay and now I also sell there. I think this book is very helpful to the newbies. It will help me avoid the mistakes of those that have gone before me. It is easy to read, well written, and I like the fact that they have REAL people with REAL stories.
Before I opened the cover of eBay Power Seller secrets, I didn't know that I needed, or wanted, to know all this stuff, but now, I am amazed at all the information that I would never have been exposed to through the forums or the FAQs or even networking. I really like the chapter that covers buying wholesale and what to look for and look out for.
I am sure this book will become the stardard that everyone else who follow's or at the very least the guy that shipped the package pictured on page 288! That is a great example of what not to do if you want to stay in this business.
I highly recommend this book. It will help you save money you didn't even know you were going to lose!

Well, Brad and Deb did it again. They created a book that I have already read twice.
Where is the best place to research information about selling online? The authors have used actual Power Sellers, with a wealth of information on selling online. What else could you ask for?
What I think makes this book so special is that all the ideas in the book are possible. It does not seem out of reach for anyone. For us more experienced sellers, this book serves to not only remind me of important aspects of e-commerce, but it also still taught me a few techniques that right away has made me thousands.
As an eBay consultant I remind my clients that I keep 3 books on my desk: How To Win Friends and Influence People, The Art of War, and eBay Power seller Secrets.
Whether you are a first time seller or an experienced Power Seller with thousands of feedback, you will find this book is is a steal! You will see as I have, that you will make money right away. No gimmicks. No get rich shortcuts. Just solid information from experts...the way it should be. Congratulations and thanks!

If you were to look at my eBay About Me page, User ID Harley glasses, you'd see I have read many eBay-related books. This book tops my list for many reasons. The authors, Brad and Deb Schepp, don't pretend to have come up with the information in their book all by themselves. Instead, they start by thanking all of the many, many Powersellers and other professionals who contributed to the book. Many are among the top 100 sellers on eBay and members of PeSA, the Professional eBay Sellers Alliance, or the Internet Merchants Association. Brad and Deb have all the right connections :-)
This book is great for beginners all the way up to advanced sellers. As the 2nd edition, it's been revised, and is the most current and up-to-date eBay book on the market. Here are some reasons why I'm such a fan:
It's packed with information you can put to use immediately. The tips and secrets from experienced sellers are very real, and obviously work in their day-to-day operations. Sit down with the book and have a pad of post-it-notes handy because you are going to want to bookmark lots of sections to revisit.
Each chapter profiles a Powerseller with a successful eBay businesses, which is very motivating.
The format of the book is unique, in that each secret is clearly marked. You get the good and the bad points about eBay selling.
The writing is entertaining and easy to read. The authors are effective and concise, no fluff in this book at all. It's hard to put down!
Brad and Deb's book encouraged me to create my own About Me page and helped me develop procedures that I use today. (Now I not only sell on eBay, but I have my own website as well.) They are solid, no bull writers who practice what they preach. I'm sure if they wanted to, with all the information they have gathered, they could be one of the top ten sellers on eBay. But you can definitely tell when reading their books that their passion is writing about eBay and technology.
I've read some questionable eBay books and can honestly say this is the best one out there. That's why it's #1 on the book list on my About Me page. Now that we have employees, this book has become our company training manual--it's the ultimate training reference for eBay and beyond.

As a certified eBay instructor, I have read just about every eBay book that has ever been published and this is one of my all-time Faves! Brad and Debra Schepp never fail to deliver and this book is no exception and a must-have for your eBay library.
eBay Powerseller Secrets:Insider Tips from eBay's Most Successful Sellers is very insightful when it comes to eBay selling and I cannot wait to implement all the new tips and tricks that I learned.
As always, I look forward to the Schepp's next publication with much anticipation.
