What a pleasant investing book to read! Surprisingly simple to make any beginner feel like an expert in tax lien investing. Quick to the point without any extra "fluff", I was able to finish my copy in one sitting. I have to admit looking at the book's web site and being able to see foreclosure listings and properties for sale was proof that sales do go up and properties are being sold cheaply in the secret world of tax auctions.

The book, COMPLETE GUIDE TO REAL ESTATE TAX LIENS AND FORECLOSURE DEEDS, shows that with the right research, you can know how to purchase tax lien certificates of properties that will generate the standard 16% ROI or result in you taking title to a great property you'll be able to sell for a huge profit. It also shows what happens if you don't, how you could be held liable if you purchased a property with toxic waste, assessments, etc.

What a fun and simple book to read on a pretty hard topic! If you ever wondered how to get houses for pennies on the dollar, this book will tell you and show you. But its quick to point out some dangers. Overall a five star hit!

As someone new to the tax liens/foreclosures investment arena, this book provides a great synopsis of that topic. I really enjoyed the no-nonsense style of writing and the realistic approach to making money, which is hard work and tenacity. I look forward to using the techniques to further my investment portfolio.

this book shows tax liens are very safe investments. this book is an easy read on how to get maximum financial yield on tax liens despite market slumps. definitely a book that's needed now.
