The best selling tool I have to date! I recommend this book to all my clients selling their homes. The step by step, room by room descriptions, tips and photos help them understand that their home is now a product for sale. It answers all the questions they might have but afraid to ask. Being a contributing staging specialist I am proud to be a part of this book.

This book has helped us prioritze our home renovation projects. We aren't selling now but want to be prepared to do so if necessary. It's saved me a lot of money and will keep us from falling prey to the "money pit" syndrome. Plus, I've learned how to present my home in a way that makes me happy now too.

In a buyer's market, you have to do everything possible to sell your home. I followed 90% of the advice and we had a contract after only 6 weeks on the market. Most of the houses in our neighborhood (and surrounding areas) are taking 6 months to sell. This is very helpful and is a very quick read! I highly recommend it!!!
