As my husband and I prepare for our first home purchase I wouldn't think of going in without the information clearly and methodically provided in this book for newbies to the process.

This book brought up things about buying a home that I honestly would never have thought about. I really liked all the examples they used and the forms are just great. I'm glad I found this book.

Excellent choise for first time home buyer. You don't need a law degree to understand what the author is talking about. Highly recommended.
