Covers many/most of the issues of importance. Only bummer is that since laws vary by state a few things didn't apply directly, would have been nice to get a warning to this effect.

Some things are easier learned through personal experience. Can't tell the same about home buying. Had a couple of friends tell me about their experiences buying homes, and still have learned a lot of great info on the subject.

This book has been my top choice to first time home buyers everywhere! I used it to buy my first home several years ago and the author does an excellent, thorough job of asking the hard questions. This book will save you from making a lot of painful mistakes during this new journey in your life.
