 The only book you need to read on Real Estate Investing May 8, 2008

This material is out-of-the-box wealth creation. The approach is mentioned in passing during lectures in real estate licensing, but never developed. This material is like printing money. Creating opportunites where no-one else sees them has been my experience of it's contents. I am forever changed in my views. It's because of this, I no long think the same about problem solving and solutions in real estate.

This book is one of the most comprehensive books on real estate investing available. The authors Mike Watson and Jennifer Hawkins challenge conventional notions of the flip-fix-sell mentality that is prevalent in today's marketplace with a more strategic and comprehensive approach. Learn the Foundation to Success which is definitely a pattern not only for your investing practices, it is also a system useful for life. Lots of excellent content and techniques. A must read and definite guidebook for the novice to the supertalented investor.
