I have anticipated the arrival of Mike's book for quite some time. Mike has been a life mentor of mine and I am elated that he now has information in a format that everyone has access to! This is a must have addition to your personal library if you want/desire Real Estate Investing to be a vehicle for retirement, financial freedom or the means to give more!

This is one of the most comprehensive books you will ever meet. You can never drive down the street again and look at a peice of Real Estate in the same manner after you have read this book. Buy this book today and start building your portfolio tomorrow without having to screw someone over. Do it ethically and in good faith. Mike Watson and Jennifer Hawkins have done an awesome job! An absolute must have for anybody even THINKING about joining in the Real Estate investment arena!
