Great overview of investing in commercial real estate. Covers all of the basics while still going into enough detail to be valuable. Has solid technical information on investing. Nicely written and easy to read. Well worth the price.

I found this book to be well-written with easily understood terms, concepts, and explanations. The advice given was comprehensive, "real-world", and informative without being too complex, even for a novice investor like myself. Robert was able to greatly simplify the challenging world of commercial real estate investment and I'll definitely recommend this guide to my business associates.
