Although HOME SELLING doesn't come up as the result of a serach, it is the partner book to HOME BUYING. The SELLING material is EXCELLENT. This should be the first book you buy and read if you are considering selling your home.

I learned so much from this book! It made a very confusing topic easy to understand.Now I feel like an expert and I will definitely pass this book along to anyone I know who's buying a home. They even have a sense of humor!>EXCELLENT

Home Buying for Dummies is great for explaining what and who is involved in buying a home, while also providing the tools necessary to obtain a good estimate of all of the costs involved. If you are a soon-to-be first time home buyer, and you need some insight into buying your first home, this is a great book to have.

In Home Buying for Dummies, a description is given of everyone that may be involved in your home purchase, telling what role each person plays. Aide is given to help home buyers select the house that they will enjoy and get the most out of. Also, descriptions and estimates of all of the costs that are involved are included and discussed. With this book you can have all of the information that you need to confidently find and buy the home you're looking for.
