This book tells the buyer what to expect at each stage of the home buying process. It explains it in a way that makes it easy to understand. I highly recommend buying this book if you are about to start looking for a home.

This book starts from the very beginning of your home buying journey. It helps you understand what you can afford and breaks downs the costs involved in purchasing a home. It was a huge help!

This text is an excellent primer for those of us who are novices in the terminology and techniques involved in what could possibly be the most important financial decisions of our lives. And aren't afraid to admit it.
