Just I write to say this is the best book to start investing in preforeclosure. Downloadable y customizable forms are a very useful tool for everyone. Thank You Mr. Lucier for all this 100 % practical information.

I found this book to have a lot of good information in it. Before reading this book, i didnt know which way i wanted to go with real estate investing. I would recommend this book to anyone that is serious about REI.

This book provided me with the information I needed. It includes samples of a Purchase Agreement designed for this type of transaction, information release letters, and other helpful forms and worksheets. These documents are all downloadable at no additional cost from the author's website. The Purchase Agreement serves as a first draft to take to your local real estate lawyer (to be adapted for the State in which the property is located). The author explains his methods in a step-by-step fashion. Live consultation with him is also available at a reasonable cost. I've done that too, and he was most helpful.

This book gives step-by-step instructions on how to buy the Pre-foreclose property.Best thing about this book is the downloadable forms which can be modified to suite your needs.
