Product Description
Combining the suspense of a novel with the insights of a top business guide, this interactive "what if" business game is a real-life dress rehearsal for budding entrepreneurs.

"The authors provide compelling opportunities here ... an informative and practical work." -- Library Journal 9/97

Readers experience first-hand the excitement, challenges, and risks of starting and building a company. Faced with realistic business situations and a cast of colorful characters, this interactive you-make-the-decisions business game plunges readers into the make-or-break situation of launching and building a new business.

Chapter by chapter, readers test their entrepreneurial skills as they work through nearly 100 critical decision points. Real-life challenges include conducting a market analysis to determine business opportunities, acquiring start-up capital, entering into strategic alliances, developing employees, and creating wealth. The right choices result in success and financial freedom. A wrong decision can mean business failure.

But, "the game" can be played again and again, so readers can replay their choices and explore the variety of scenarios each "what-if" decision creates. Exhilarating and fast-paced, this is the innovative, fun way for entrepreneurs to test their success potential.

Co-author Craig Hickman is a master of setting up interactive scenarios to help the reader think through dramatic options. The technique work perfectly for this book. Serious would-be entrepreneurs can analyze many different potential startup situations with this one book.
