"Borrow as much as you can for as long as you!" September 9, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
As I said in another review of another Real Estate Foreclosure book, since all I've done is read books about buying, renovating and selling foreclosed or rehabbed property, I don't yet know what I don't know. With that in mind, I think Making Money... was very informative. The chapter pertaining to the proper screening of potential renters was especially enlightening. The book is written more from and economic point of view which gives it an optimistic edge. Real Estate is a finite commodity, and with current emigrational trends the future looks good for industrious investors. Although I thought the information was delivered from the view of a seasoned investor, there were grammatical errors throughout; thus my conservative rating; nevertheless, I recommend this book for those who may be interested in Real Estate investment.
