Our place was out in the market for 5 months with not even one single offer... The price was flexible and we really wanted to sell... This book really made a difference! Reading it was fast, and soon after we realized that we made so many simple mistakes that by correcting them we were able to attract more potential buyers and sell the property. Really simple tips.

I had to sell my house ASAP and this book helped me sell it after less than a month!!! In today's economy and real estate market I didn't think I would be able to sell the house in a year!!! This book has excellent insights and AMAZING tips! Thank you Mr. Kaplan.

This book was a tremendous help for me. I found it simple and very easy to follow. I prepared my house to the open house following the suggestions of the book and the open house was a big success, hopefully I will be getting an offer soon. I recommend this book to anyone trying to sell their house. Not like other books I have read, it only took me 30 minutes to read and I kept going back to the book to tips.
