Whether you are a realtor or just an individual looking to sell your home knowing the fundamentals of preparing your home for sale and knowing proven methods has to give you a leg up on those who do not have this knowledge. Loren Keim simplifies the process in language you can easily understand and the life examples he gives substantiates his teachings and validates his experience and knowledge of the industry. Even if you are not looking to sell your home this book is worth reading simply to have the specialized knowledge the author shares with you.

How to Sell Your Home in Any Market: 6 Reasons Why Your Home Isn't Selling... and What You Can Do to Fix Them is a great read from start to finish. Not only does the book outline all the things you can do wrong when selling a home (and how to do them right) but it also leads you through the process of a home sale to "bullet proof" your transaction.

One of the strengths of the book is a full explanation of how to do a "short sale" and negotiate with the bank.

The stories throughout the book are priceless, and I really think they hit home with the methods to insure YOUR home sells when others aren't. The perfect book for a slow market in home sales!

This book is not only for a professional realtor but also for the individual or family who wants to sell their own home, with all the steps you need to guide you through the complete process successfully. You can never know too much about selling your home whether you do it on your own or through a real estate office. Great advice for anyone in preparing their home to ready it for the new prospective buyer. Written so the common layman can understand it with actual stories about clients who successfully sold their home, and the planning that was required. Simple details are outlined for the successful home seller or the experienced real estate professional. A must read!!!

What makes a good book great is to deliver good material in an entertaining way. This book delivers. Loren spells out the reasons homes sell or don't sell regardless of market conditions, and ways to insure that your home is the 1 in 10 that sells next month in your neighborhood!

His use of stories, examples and photos to outline what works and why is first class.

I highly recommend this book!

Start to finish, this is a great book about selling your home. The tips, techniques and marketing concepts are all supplimented with real world stories of how they've been tried and how they work.

The author even goes into the way to word advertisements to attract attention, and where customers search for homes on the web. The book is insightful, witty, and full of great information.
