  Structured Process of New Home Sales March 20, 2008 This book is unlike other new home sales books. If you want a book that spells out the process to selling and closing, then this is your book. If you are looking for a motivational book that ties in selling, then grab a Ziggler, Tracy, Myers Barnes. This would be an excellent read for a person just getting into new homes sales or someone that isn't process driven and has been "winging" it.
