5 out of 5 found this review helpful

I am sorry but this is by far the best practical guide for getting a rental ready to show, for getting people excited about renting from you, screening tenants, etc.

The writer applies lessons learned from the Fast Food and other industries to the Rental Business. Reading and applying the suggestions will automatically put you in the top ten percent of Landlords. You will make more money with practical ideas.

You actually walk away with actionable information. Read it once through and then keep it as a reference guide for when each situation comes up.
