the millionaire real estate investor September 28, 2008 I am a full time experienced Real Estate investor. I have been buying, selling and renting properties as a full time occupation for 30 years. Over the years I have purchased nearly 1000 properties. I am continually asked by others to show them what I do and how I do it. Recently I have begun purchasing and giving out copies of this book to those inquiring, as a prerequsite before I will spend time with them sharing my knowledge and experience. Most have found it very helpful. This is not a get rich quick guidebook. It is good, practical advise about investing in Real Estate for the long term. Much of what is discussed in the book rings true with what my experience has been.
Review on Gary Keller's Book June 27, 2008 Book is in a very good condition and more than what I expected it to be. Paid a reasonable price and shipping. Shipping was fast. Book is very good for beginner investor to get there and do the job. Very well organized contents and a Great Read!
Very poor service June 26, 2008 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
I Ordered this book from Amazon on April 10, 2008. It is June 26 as I write. I never received this item! I wrote to Amazon twice, but never received a responce. They are great at selling, but very poor when problems arise. I will never purchase anything from them again. Good luck
Good Encyclopaedia in RE Investing June 6, 2008 I didn't quite complete this book. Mainly because I have seen or read about many of the strategies in other books or seminars. But I consider this to be a fairly comprehensive guide to investing in real estate. Chris George 303.478.5501
Good book! May 2, 2008 This book is a little long, but I appreciated its content. It makes sense, works hard to communicate a way of thought, not just a system, and pretty straight-forward.
It could have probably been trimmed to 2/3 of what it is, but it's still a good read.
