If you are a first timer in credit repair or improvement or just want general information about credit, this book is a good place to start. Well written, easy to understand. I passed this book along to my daughters who should heed the advice while they are young.

Shallow, superficial - Do not buy this book. You can get this information of the internet for free. Very disappointed.

This book was very helpful, however I already know most of these steps to boost your credit score. what I didn't know was things like when buying a home you have a 45 day window to shop around for the best loan. over all the book was helpful.

In an industry that is characterized by shady, unscrupulous characters Phil's book is a breath of fresh air. There's no sales pitch just the facts. If you want to know how to save hundreds of dollars monthly on your mortgage,lower you monthly credit card interest rate or just restore your good name Phil tells you exactly what to do. 7 Steps to a 720 Credit score is loaded with so many tidbits about your credit which you should know. (i.e. Did you know that being late on a monthly minimum credit card paymnet adversely effects you credit score worse than being late on your mortgage payment!) I'm telling you, there are few books which every single person in America should buy and this is one of them.

"Within one hour I was able to read Phil's book "7 Steps to A 720 Credit Score". I had my wife read the book and implement two of the steps and we raised our score in two months to 720. The next time I need a loan from Phil I know I will save a lot of money by having lower payments because of my great credit score. I give copies away to my close friends. You will to, after you read you read the book."
